Introduction

Physical science plays a great role in investigations such as rape, traffic accidents, and murder. The DNA of a person has a physical bond relationship with a person and often can tell who the person is. Physical scientists use different types of sciences to determine the features, and the time of different crimes, examples are; botany, biology, chemistry and many others. Weather conditions such as rain, wind, heat and cold also contribute much to the scene of crime. In cases such as murder for example; if a body is left out in the scene of crime during sunny seasons, it is likely to decay faster than if it was left out in a cold season or place, also, during rainy seasons, evidence is more likely to be washed away.
